1) How do I purchase a product?

Feel free to browse through the online store & add any items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” where you will be asked to enter a few details so we are able to complete your order.

You’ll then be transferred securely to PayPal to complete your order. If you DO NOT have a PayPal account, not to worry! Just proceed & click continue where an option to pay with Debit/Credit card will appear.

In the event of backordered items, we will ship as soon as they come back into stock & you will be notified. Only when we send you an invoice will a contract exist between us. This protects us, Club Organix incase of a pricing error or for any reason we are no longer able to supply particular products. In the extrememly highly unlikely event of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

2) Is there a minimum order?

No. Although you can benefit from FREE delivery on orders over £100. Standard delivery is £2.99 (subject to weight not exceeding 20kg)

Orders are sent by Royal Mail delivery unless otherwise stated. Any delivery charges include postage & packaging costs.

Back Orders:

Items not in stock will back orderd. After we receive payment for the item at the time of order, we will notify you & send out the order Royal Mail 1st class at the first available chance.

Please note any return deliveries to us need to be signed for and paid by yourself. All orders placed before 2pm Mon- Fri will be sent out for Next Day Delivery, dependant on order size. Otherwise it will Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 working days)

Delivery is available to UK mainland Only & orders placed on Bank Holidays will arrive at the carriers soonest available time.

3) How do I become a Club Member?

Becoming a Club Member is super easy & you benefit from 15% discount & entitlement to endless exclusive promotions. It’s a simple one off payment of £50 which is valid for 5 years (yes only £10 per year!)

This is by far the most popular option! A fantastic way of getting products at wholesale for yourself, friends & family is just simply a one off payment of £100 which entitles you up to 30% & exclusive deals for up to 2 years.

7) How do I return products?

Returns Policy:

We hope that you’re absolutely happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 28 days from delivery.

Change of Mind:

If you wish to return an item simply because you have changed your mind & the item is in original sealed/unopened packaging & in resaleable condition, please email us at info@cluborganix.com We will provide you with a returns reference code prior to you returning the item. Please note you will be required to pay all return postage charges and have proof of postage (any incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us) so please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. Please retain this proof in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

If you require a refund it will be at the price you paid for the goods (excluding initial delivery charge) within 30 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery.

Refunds are only be made against the original Credit/Debit card / PayPal account used. If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.

(Please note, we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Damaged/Faulty & Incorrect items:

Any goods you receive that are damaged, faulty or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; unfortunately we are unable to process any return for purchases made within a partnered retail location or events promotion.

(Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Remittance Terms Title of the goods ordered does not pass to the purchaser until payment is received in full. By placing an order the purchaser agrees to the Terms & Conditions stated)

Privacy Policy:

Club Organix does not disclose your information to 3rd parties other than when your order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

VISA DEBIT/CREDIT card transactions:

Security is very important to us when you place your order on our website. You will be sent to a PayPal to check out. (Please note: No card details are held by anyone at Club Organix)
